The busy season is upon us.... Lock it in with online scheduling

As much as I try, I am finding it harder and harder to be in more than one place at the same time. The laws of physics seem stacked against me here, so I’m officially rolling out online scheduling to all my clients. If you were a part of the test group of users, I really appreciate your patience while we worked everything out in the early stages, and I’m really looking forward to getting everyone on board!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click on the “Book an Appointment” link on my main page. You can go ahead and bookmark that now ;)

  2. Enter your info and the property details, and choose a service. For simplicity, have only my most popular services included in that list. There are no prices, since you aren’t required to pay upfront to book. The different types of services refer to the time I need to block on the calendar.

  3. Be sure to include any notes or special requests!

  4. Hit submit and wait for confirmation.

  5. Once we’ve confirmed the appointment, you’ll get a text and/or email, and it will be locked in on our calendar.

  6. You get a confirmation the day before the appointment, and I’ll see you there!

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

A; You can reschedule yourself up to three days in advance without any fees. You’ll have to call or email if you want to reschedule up to 1 day in advance, but I still won’t charge you a fee. It’s really only if you cancel within 24 hours or no-show that you’d be looking at a $50 fee.


Q: What if what I want isn’t exactly on the list of services?

A:. Just book an appointment based on the size of the home, and add your questions and remarks in the appointment notes field. We’ll talk!


Q: I hate online scheduling!

A: That’s not a question, but okay. You don’t have to use it! I’ll still accept scheduling requests in person, over the phone, by text, or by email.


Q: Why should I use online scheduling?

A: I drive a lot. I take a lot of pictures. I meet with a lot of clients. I do a lot of scuba diving and I don’t have an underwater phone. There are a lot of times when I can’t get to my phone or my calendar to take a call or sort out a text. This system allows you to bookmark an appointment without even talking to me. As charming as I am to talk to, many clients find it easier to get their request right on my calendar without having to wait for me to resurface.
