JS O'Connor November 1, 2017 Summer / Fall Recap: My Favorite Spaces JS O'Connor November 1, 2017 Check out some of my favorite real estate photos from the past couple of months! This was a really great open kitchen in a Cambridge townhouse. I love the dark floors with the bright white counters and cabinets Simple yet elegant staging really helped complete the 'luxury' look for this bathroom in a Lexington colonial. I don't normally go for darker spaces, but this kitchen's lighting design made it stand out. Private rooftop courtyard in JP South Boston apartment building's entertaining space. I'm no designer, but this feels like a nice harmony between modern and natural, with a neat ceiling and light fixtures to help the transition. Those aren't curtains on the right - it's a natural wood wall. While this may not be one of my favorite photos, it's definitely one of the best spaces I have seen recently. Yes, the rooftop pool overlooks Fenway Park. If you squint, you can even see the Citgo sign. The amenities at these places are getting more and more creative. Free loaner bikes for residents at One Greenway Not a bad view either. This is sitting under the street near Kendall Square in Cambridge. Felt like a movie set. There were a lot of nice views, come to think of it. Of course this was my favorite space of all Quality craftsmanship, and hands down the best view.
