I don't normally go for darker spaces, but this kitchen's lighting design made it stand out.

South Boston apartment building's entertaining space. I'm no designer, but this feels like a nice harmony between modern and natural, with a neat ceiling and light fixtures to help the transition. Those aren't curtains on the right - it's a natural wood wall.
While this may not be one of my favorite photos, it's definitely one of the best spaces I have seen recently. Yes, the rooftop pool overlooks Fenway Park. If you squint, you can even see the Citgo sign.
The amenities at these places are getting more and more creative. Free loaner bikes for residents at One Greenway

This is sitting under the street near Kendall Square in Cambridge. Felt like a movie set.
